Back in those days he was the contractor of almost all roads in Kottayam. There after he was succeeded by his sons who were instrumental in realizing the far reaching achievements of the business.
Currently the chairman of Thadathil group is Thadathil George Luka. Under his leadership the organization has ventured into hospitality, real estate, petrol pumps, entertainment and a lot more.
